YHZS75 Mobile Plant and Concrete Pump Delivering---[2025-04-15]One set each for 75m3 per hour mobile concrete batching plant and 40m3 per hour trailer type concrete pump were ordered by our dear client in March. The production and preparation was finished in early April. A few days afterwards, shipping space and containers were booked and arranged accordingly.
JS1500 horizontal twin-shaft concrete mixer is adopted as the core mixer, aligning with PLD2400-4 aggregate batcher and two cement silos with 100T volume capacity each.
Our technicians made easily-operated control system with French interface so as to be conveniently used by client’s local operators.
One year of spare parts were also dispatched with the equipment. The buyer purchased mixing blades, mixing arms, linning plates, oil-water separator, belts, butterfly valves, etc. for the batching plant. As for the trailer pump, our experienced technician recommended critical parts such as seals, proximity switch, clamps, S valve, sleeves, washing ball and filter of diesel engine.
