180m3/hr. Capacity Concrete Batching Plant---[2018-10-23]
With an output capacity of 180m3 per hour and two discharge units, our HZS180 concrete batching plant was assembled and tested in Chengdu, South China.
Main mixer is SICOMA twin-shaft, MAO4500/3000, a classic model from this Italian brand. Aggregate batcher is with large volume and separate weighing system for each bin. Fully computerized control system was designed as the most advanced type. Water pond was digged nearby, given that area is full of water resources.
Cement silos were also fabricated as bolted type, as it’s easier to transport silos in pieces in that mountainous area.
