Core part as the concrete batching plant host is, it decides whether the mixing plant can work well or not. So the maintenance is very important for the concrete batching plant host. The concrete batching plant host is mainly made up of agitator tank and its auxiliary support components. The agitator tank, which is the concrete container, is made of high quality wear-resistant steel sheet, and its internal side is welded with special shape helical blade so that the concrete can be loaded and unloaded automatically. The concrete rotates along the blade spiral direction and is mixed during the turning process. The agitator rotates forward and the concrete move inside in the process of charge-in and conveyance, while the agitator rollback and the concrete discharge outward in the process of discharging.
1. Items of the concrete mixers should be checked before use:
  Check if the mixer body is steady;
  If the blade and connecting bolt on the mixing blade support arm are firm enough;
  If the connecting bolt on the feeding frame is fastened;
  If the water in the pump is enough and the pipes are unimpeded.
2. Items of the concrete mixers should be checked after use:
  Clean the soot formation inside and outside of the mixing drum, on the unloaded gate and the hopper, and wash them out;
Park the hopper in the transport position, plug the brake pin, and the sundries is not allowed in the hopper;
Cut off the power supply and lock the electrical control box;
Add some essential lubricating oil (grease) on the lubricating site extenuatory;
The storage water in the water supply system should be drained away.
3. Items should be checked every week of the concrete mixers:
  Check the wirerope wear and paint a little lubricating oil and replace it when the wirerope wear to a certain extent; 
Check the oil level of the reducer, the oil quantity of the oil pump, the condition of each lubricating part and add some lubricating oil into the hopper roller bearing and the pulley bearing;
The water supply device should be kept clean in order to avoid blocking, and the suction valve shall be checked and cleaned once;
Check if the travel switch rocker arm is loose, if so, adjustment is necessary;
Check if the blade connecting bolt, supporting arm connecting bolt are loose and do some discretionary adjustment, and the maximum gaps between blade and supporting wall is 5 mm and do some necessary tightening;
Check the electric box contactor contact conditions;
Twist opening stagnate, check the shaft end seal, and make necessary adjustment repair and replacement. 
4. Items should be checked regularly of the concrete mixers:
  Check the hoist lifting brake and make some appropriate adjustment;
  Check the water pump and throttle if they are leaking or not;
  Check the exposed gear and daub lubricating oil onto it, and adjust belt elastic;
  Check the blade and lining board wear and replace them as appropriate.
